Dr. Charles Gengler, who served as Chair of the Department of Marketing and International Business in the Zicklin School of Business at Baruch College, has been named as York’s new dean of Business and Information Systems.
Gengler comes to York with 20 years of teaching experience, most recently as the department chair of Marketing and Information Systems at American University of Sharjah in the United Arab Emirates.
Gengler earned his Bachelor of Science in Mathematics and Computer Science from the University of Illinois and his Master’s of Science and PhD in Marketing/Management Science from the University of Texas-Dallas.
